We asked our clients to share their experience working with Global Bilgi. One of the first to respond was our partner Prom.ua — Ukraine’s largest marketplace. The questions were answered by Bozhena Polishchuk, Head of the Customer Support Department at Prom.ua.

What was the main challenge your company faced before working with Global Bilgi, and how did our services help solve it?

Before starting our cooperation with Global Bilgi, we needed a convenient, reliable, and functional tool for organizing outbound calls — one that would offer control, data tracking, survey integration, and flexible campaign management. Global Bilgi’s software for contact center fully met these needs: the interface is intuitive for our agents, survey logic is easily configurable, and the reporting system is detailed and user-friendly.

Please describe one of the most successful or memorable moments in our cooperation. What made that experience positive and noteworthy for you?

One of the most positive moments was the speed and quality of launching our first large-scale survey wave. Global Bilgi’s technical team quickly adapted the platform to our needs, assisted with importing the database, and helped set up call scripts and surveys. As a result, we launched without delays, and the survey process ran smoothly with no technical disruptions.

How would you assess the impact of our cooperation on your key metrics (e.g. data collection speed, survey completeness, reporting quality)? Can you share any specific figures or examples of change?

The reporting system was customized to meet our specific needs, which significantly simplified our further analysis of the survey results. Agents quickly adapted to using the software, and any technical issues that arose were promptly resolved in close collaboration with Global Bilgi’s support team. This ensured stable operations without disruptions or delays during campaign execution.

Would you recommend Global Bilgi to other companies? If so, who exactly and why?

Yes, we would recommend Global Bilgi’s software to companies conducting phone surveys, research, or running outbound campaigns — especially those with their own agents but lacking a ready-made IT infrastructure. It’s a flexible and reliable tool that easily integrates into internal processes, strengthens quality control, and enables quick project scaling.
